47,000 sq ft letting sealed at Coventry business park for HS2 project

A 47,000 sq ft an industrial unit at Leofric Business Park in Coventry has been let to a leading provider of testing, inspection and compliance services.
Socotec UK has agreed a new 15 year lease for the unit which is due to be used for engineering and storage related to the ongoing HS2 project.
Located on Progress Close, Leofric Business Park is situated 3.5 miles from Coventry city centre.
Savills represented BMO Property Growth and Income Fund on the transaction.

The investment from BMO into the property has created an attractive asset in an excellent location.”
