People: Cooper Parry; adaptable; and The Marketing Pod

Cooper Parry’s Tech & High Growth team has added Sarah Abrahams, head of growth finance, and Nick Hawkins, associate director, to its ranks.
Abrahams has spent the last seven years leading the team at Grant Thornton, raising over £400m for her clients in the process. She is also a non-executive director for the Mayor of London’s Greater London Investment Fund – a £100m fund of funds providing loan and equity finance for London SMEs.
Hawkins was also a part of that team, and he spent the last six years supporting scale up companies on growth capital transactions, with particular experience and interest in technology, food and drink, leisure and retail.
Recently, he has acted as lead adviser on a number of high-profile, cross-border transactions.

Birmingham digital studio adaptable has added two new members to the team at its Victoria Works studio.
Faye Jones joins adaptable as digital project manager. Having worked with leading brands in the property sector such as Seven Capital, she brings to adaptable management experience to support the agency’s clients on a daily basis across various complex digital projects.
Joining Jones is Heather Williams, who has worked with national health and media brands such as Sk:n and PM Connect. She joins as as digital designer.
Solihull-based full-service marketing agency, The Marketing Pod, has hired Kris Bradbury as web developer and Emma Thompson as digital account executive.
With experience in both web design and development, Bradbury joins from Hubken Group, where he delivered custom systems in a variety of languages, including Vue JS, REACT and PHP. Thompson joins from Coin Rivet, where she grew site traffic through social media and content creation.
