Bullish housebuilder makes senior hire

SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder owned by SevenCapital Group, has revealed a senior hire in its planning team.

Rosie Paget has joined the company, based on Birmingham’s Colmore Row, as senior planning manager. She was previously senior development manager at St Joseph, part of Berkeley Group.

She said: “I’m delighted to join SevenHomes at this relatively early stage in the growth of the business. With a strong backing and track record behind SevenHomes via its parent company, SevenCapital Group, I’ve no doubt that this business has a very bright future and I’m looking forward to getting to work on some very exciting upcoming projects.”
