Developer hires familiar face as new asset manager
Vicky Aspinall has joined IM Properties from Colliers UK as asset manager.
Aspinall worked with IM Properties agency side on its Mell Square scheme. She can draw on a 15-year property background including time at Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Ashtenne, where she was an industrial asset manager.
She said: “This job is a good balance for me between working for a high profile, results-driven property company and an organisation who is considering its future and developing sustainable strategies to look after the long-term benefits of both the environment and the communities it impacts.
“As an individual and mother, I feel a responsibility to my children to show I’m playing my part and as a family we’re embracing greener living, cutting down on meat and doing what we can to recycle and encourage greater biodiversity.
“The past 12 months has only served to sharpen my focus on what matters and there is no better place to make an impact than real estate for helping to make a difference to the planet but on a much larger scale.”
