Birmingham City Council launches sale of former language centre

Birmingham City Council has instructed JLL on the sale of the Brasshouse Centre.

The former language centre at 50 Sheepcote Street is currently occupied by Guardians.

William Cox, residential director at JLL in Birmingham, said: “This prime city centre development opportunity should appeal to a number of parties seeking to deliver a high-density new development.
