Trebor strikes deal for Lightning Park

Birmingham’s Trebor Developments has acquired 10 acres of commercial development land from St John’s College in Huntingdon.

The development will be marketed as Lightning Park, Huntingdon.

Work will start on site in Q1 2022, subject to planning, and will deliver industrial and logistics units from 15,000 sq ft and up to 126,500 sq ft in a three unit scheme.

Greg Dalton, development manager for Trebor, said: “We’re delighted to announce another acquisition in the east of England and this major new site will provide the opportunity to deliver modern, high specification industrial accommodation to serve Huntingdon and the surrounding areas. It continues our strategy to bring forward new high quality industrial units in this under supplied region, all part of our A14 strategy.”

Trebor Developments will shortly submit a detailed planning application for the scheme and units will be available for occupation from Q4 2022.

Lightning Park is being jointly marketed by Bidwells and Savills.  Savills acted on behalf of St John’s College on the site disposal.
