Firm is added to housebuilder’s legal panel

Shoosmiths is the only firm to secure a place on Taylor Wimpey’s legal roster in England, Wales and Scotland.

Following Taylor Wimpey’s latest panel review, the two panels will commence in January 2022 for three years.

Shoosmiths’ appointment is on a full-service basis and the firm will provide support on core real estate, planning, strategic land, construction and regulations.

The England and Wales panel bid was led by Shoosmiths’ living sector team, headed up by partner Catherine Williams.

Shoosmiths is the only new addition to Taylor Wimpey’s legal panels, with a total of four law firms appointed in Scotland and seven in England and Wales.
