Office demand in Birmingham remains robust
Office take-up in Birmingham has had a "steady" first half of 2022, after new statistics showed deals had been agreed for nearly 300,000 sq ft of space in the city centre.
There were 60 deals in the six months, the highest number for five years, although the total space taken was the second lowest in that period.
Data from the Birmingham Office Market Forum (BOMF) showed a lack of big deals.
