Hayley Griffiths, Neil Lloyd and Zainab Hafeez of FBC Manby Bowdler

Two new legal specialists have joined the conveyancing team at FBC Manby Bowdler’s Wolverhampton office.

Senior associate Hayley Griffiths, who is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), is now heading up the department.

Griffiths obtained her LLB (Hons) law degree at the University of Wolverhampton before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Upon qualification in 2014, Hayley managed a residential team at a Staffordshire firm before moving to work in Wolverhampton for a Legal 500 firm.

Zainab Hafeez has joined the firm as a conveyancing executive. She has worked in conveyancing for more than 10 years, dealing with residential sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions, and has experience in conveyancing transactions linked with Islamic finance.

Neil Lloyd, managing director at FBC Manby Bowdler said: “It’s great to welcome Hayley and Zainab to the Wolverhampton team. They bring a lot of valuable experience to our residential property team, further enhancing the great service we offer to clients. I’m delighted to welcome them on board.

The Construction Consultants (TCC) has recruited Allan Davies as Director and Clint Howell as Senior Building Surveyor, as part of an expanded team at its headquarters in Cannon Street, Birmingham.

Davies has more than 20 years’ experience with senior roles at international property and construction consultancy, McBains.

He is joined by Howell, an RICS award-winning chartered building surveyor, who has previously worked for AECOM, RPS and Six Property Consulting. Recent experience includes the delivery of a national fit out programme on behalf of 24/7 leisure operator, The Gym Group.

Co-founder and director of TCC, Sandeep Singh Sunner, said: “Allan has been appointed to drive the business into the next phase of growth and brings with him a wealth of industry experience.

“We have been searching for a suitable candidate to join our building surveying department for nearly eight months and have finally found the right person in Clint”.

Greg Dalton, development director at Trebor

Commercial property developer Trebor has announced the promotion of Greg Dalton to Development Director.

Dalton joined Trebor in 2019 from CBRE in Birmingham and has worked hard in extending Trebor’s UK expansion, including heading-up our strategic plans along the A14 corridors between the Midlands and Felixstowe, which has resulted in 6 development sites currently being implemented with a combined deliverable area of 2,500,000 sq ft.

In addition to these, Dalton is delivering several schemes in the North West and East, all making up part of Trebor’s current delivery programme of over 6 million square foot of industrial accommodation across the UK.
