Law firm unveils new Birmingham office at 103 Colmore Row

Browne Jacobson has unveiled its new look office at 103 Colmore Row, the city’s latest flagship commercial development as it targets further expansion in the West Midlands.

The firm posted record revenues of £94m for the 2021-22 financial year with the Birmingham office delivering double digit growth with revenues rising to more than £23m. This increase marked a 30% growth in turnover since 2019.

Browne Jacobson worked with design and fit out specialists Office Innovations to plan the space on the 15th Floor of the landmark building.

The firm says it has reduced the number of traditional desks by 40% in favour of more flexible, collaborative workspaces which can also be used for client meeting rooms or private working spaces.

The firm has introduced the latest in video conferencing technology to support its hybrid working policy.

The team also consulted with the firm’s Disability Networks Group for advice on how to make the new space more accessible and as inclusive as possible. As a result, the firm has installed height-adjustable work surfaces in the bistro-style kitchen area as well as gender-neutral bathrooms in addition to male and female facilities.
