450 shared ownership homes to be delivered in Warwickshire

A collection of 450 new homes will be delivered in Warwickshire, with all available under the Shared Ownership scheme.

L&Q are developing one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at Beauchamp Park, which is part of the Warwick Gateway urban expansion providing 1,600 new homes overall, a community centre, a primary school and a country park – all delivered by L&Q Estates.

The Beauchamp Park homes benefit from low maintenance requirements and an NHBC Guarantee meaning residents will save a significant amount on their energy bills through insulation, build quality, heating systems and appliances.

Shared Ownership prices start from £94,500 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom apartment (FMV: £270,000), £130,375 for a 25% share of a three-bedroom house (FMV: £372,500) and £161,000 for a 25% share of a four-bedroom house (FMV: £460,000).
