US flexible office provider moors up in Solihull

Solihull Moors Football Club has been revealed as the home to the first Werqwise office space in the UK.

Werqwise, a US-based business, was previously only operating space in San Francisco and San Mateo in California, but has long been keen to have a UK presence.

The majority of the stadium space in the main stand at the ARMCO Arena has been converted to Werqwise space, the lounge then acting as the main hospitality suite during matchdays.

Darryl Eales, chairman of Solihull Moors, said: “I am delighted to have opened the Werqwise space at our ground, the ARMCO Arena. The concept of working in flexible office space is becoming ever more popular and I’m thrilled to have joined forces with Werqwise to convert much of our space into this facility.

“We have had significant interest in the space and have some key companies already signed up to use our offices and the lounge on a regular basis. It should make for a great networking facility and opportunity in itself.

“It’s been a pleasure working with Werqwise to bring the space to life at the ARMCO Arena, and I am looking forward to seeing it brimming with business, as well as, of course, welcoming fans on match days.”
