Digbeth pub in the Irish Quarter brought to market

Irish tavern, The Kerryman, has been brought to the market by Fleurets.

Located on Digbeth high street, the pub was previously known as The Roscommon Nar and historically as The Old Bulls Head.

The vacant property will have the Eastside Metro tramline extension running directly outside, once completed in 2023, and this will link to the city centre via Curzon Street, the terminus of the HS2 rail line.

The Wellington Pub Co property offers an open plan trading area, seven en-suite letting rooms, 24 hour premises licence and a new free of tie letting.

Andy Tudor, Divisional Director of Fleurets Midlands said, “The Kerryman presents a real opportunity to capitalise on its location and to curate a business that has real potential to flourish in the area.

“With all the infrastructure changes the local area is undergoing some really positive changes.”
