Bespoke property agency expands into new premises

Esther Broomhall & Partners, a bespoke property agency has moved into new premises in Knowle to cater for the growth of the company.
 
The firm was opened by duo Esther Broomhall and Lucy Cullen in June 2020 and covers locations across Warwickshire, providing a bespoke service to buyers and sellers, including land appraisal and new home sales for builders and developers. 

Broomhall and Cullen now manage a portfolio of homes across Warwickshire, sponsor Rowington Cricket Club and have recently been involved with Planting our Future run by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

The company was recently awarded as Start Up Company of the Year at The Business Desk’s West Midlands Business Awards.


Broomhall said: “To be moving into new offices, already in our short journey is amazing and it was great to be able to host an event at our new offices to say thank you for the support. Our business model is working, we have a fantastic client base across Warwickshire, and we are growing rapidly so we need new offices to cater for the demand.

“Due to our continuous growth, we are planning ahead as we will be expanding our team in the not-so-distant future. We are working with more housebuilders and consumers, representing all of the market and expanding across the county.
 
“The market is changing with the stamp duty being changed, mortgage rates rising but we are seeing more people looking to find new homes and move up and down the property ladder”.
