Construction machinery dealer opens Bromsgrove base

A new base is being opened in the West Midlands by one of Europe’s largest suppliers of earthmoving and waste recycling equipment.

Warwick Ward (Machinery) has signed a long lease on a 2,455 sq ft unit at Harris Business Park in Bromsgrove in a deal completed by commercial property consultants Burley Browne.

The warehouse has recently been refurbished and offers a warehouse and storage accommodation alongside office space.

Warwick Ward was established in 1970 and has since grown to be one of the largest stockists and suppliers of new and used earthmoving and waste recycling equipment and spare parts in Europe.

Ben Nicholson, senior associate director at Burley Browne in Sutton Coldfield, said the company acted on behalf of a private client.

“The terms for the letting were agreed in a very quick turnaround time with a completion of the lease taking just over four weeks. Harris Business Park provides an attractive and well-established commercial location which is reflected by the high level of occupation and limited opportunities within the estate.

“Despite some uncertainty, which has been reported within the commercial property market, we are continuing to see a strong level of demand for industrial/warehouse premises of all sizes.”
