Former Dig Brew premises on the market

The former premises of iconic craft brewery and tap room Dig Brew, which ceased trading in January, have hit the market.

Fleurets, the leisure property specialists, retain sole letting rights to let the property off a premium of £75,000.

The property operated as Dig Brew from December 2017 until January 2023, during which time it was a key player in Birmingham’s craft ale scene creating more than 250 different beers.

Included with the premium is much of the brewery equipment. Aside from making its mark for craft ale, Dig Brew also established itself as a popular venue which opened to the public and hosted private functions with live music and was popular for its sour dough pizza.

Andy Tudor, divisional director of Fleurets Midlands, said: “The former Dig Brew premises presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator with brewery history.

“The location of the property gives it a real advantage due to its location as its within the vibrant Digbeth area of Birmingham. It is also within walking distance of legendary Custard Factory one way and Curzon Street (hub of HS2), so the potential of local footfall is very high.”
