Birmingham agencies spottydog communications and Big Cat have teamed up and created a strategy practice called Leopard Co.

spottydog and Big Cat will continue to operate working with clients within their respective fields of PR, social media, content marketing and creative campaigns.

But now CEO of spottydog communications, Rachel Roberts, and CEO of Big Cat Agency, Anthony Tattum, have launched a third offer which will will focus on helping businesses dealing with problems caused by proactive and reactive change. This change includes merger, acquisition, reconfiguration, investment and transformation.

This will be delivered through service areas such as reputation management, communications strategy, culture change, behaviour change, internal communications, operational change and crisis management.

Since joining forces, the company has already made an impact by kickstarting its work with Gambling Commission, Environment Agency and Gowling WLG, as well as welcoming new team members to the team.

Rachel Roberts and Anthony Tattum said: “Offering existing and new clients a fully integrated marketing communications solution is what Leopard Co is all about — and we’re so excited to finally unleash Leopard Co to the world after almost a year of planning.

“Both spottydog and Big Cat have a long history in providing strategic communications consultancy and now, as one big team, we are looking forward to packaging this capability to create our dedicated Leopard Co strategy practice.

“At the heart of Leopard Co though is the team. Our priority through creating this new company has been supporting our incredible people and we can’t wait to expand the leap by welcoming new starters following our influx of client wins.”
