Property manager tops £3bn of real estate under management

CBGA Robson, the Birmingham-based commercial property manager, has said it has exceeded £3bn of real estate under management.
The growth has been delivered through new instructions across the commercial sector to include offices, industrial estates, retail parks and shopping centres.
There have been new mandates from clients such as NFU Mutual, Prologis, Deekay Property and Custodian Property Income REIT.
Richard Turner, partner of CBGA Robson, puts their success down to the stability and experience of their surveying and accounting teams.
He said: “We have a hands-on approach to property management, aligning ourselves with the interests of the owners from credit control through to value-add initiatives.”
CBGA Robson has offices in Birmingham and London, and acts for property funds, institutions, and corporate and private clients.
Recent new appointments won by CGGA Robson include 25,471 sq ft of Grade A offices at Osprey House, Pegasus Business Park, Nottingham, 136,000 sq ft at White Lion Retail Park, Luton and the 100,000 sq ft Cannock Shopping Centre.
