Partnership delivers co-working space in Stoke

Sandyford Properties has partnered with coworking specialist International Workplace Group (IWG) to offer hybrid workspace at Alexander House in Stoke-on-Trent’s town centre.

This represents the second partnership between Sandyford and IWG, the parties having partnered on a site in Chester in 2022.

Alexander House is a detached Grade II listed building in the cultural quarter of Hanley, which has now been repurposed as a coworking space.

Sandyford Properties has now assigned the operational management of the space to IWG.

Paul Brindley, managing director of Sandyford Properties, said: “This is the second site with which we have collaborated with IWG. Everyone here at Sandyford are impressed with IWG’s industry-leading systems and assets.

“We’re excited now to bring this flexible workspace area to our great city.”

Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG, said: “We are establishing a stronger and much-needed footprint in Staffordshire with this latest opening. It is a proud moment to step into this partnership and we know that our management approach will provide a cutting-edge workspace at Alexander House.”

The coworking space at Alexander House will open this summer.
