Evolve Corporate Finance, the fast-growing independent mergers and acquisition firm based in Birmingham, has welcomes Peter Talbot to its expanding team.
Talbot is well known in the national and regional funding market, helping corporates and owner managers on numerous transactions with a career spanning over 30 years.
He previously held a number of senior roles at Natwest, RBS and latterly Thincats and has joined Evolve as a partner to provide M&A advice and enhance Evolve’s debt advisory service offering.

Roythornes Solicitors has welcomed four new partners to its Birmingham office.
Gavin Faber, Hayley McCormack and Joanna Grewer will together provide a private wealth offering to the Birmingham and wider market.
The newly formed team will provide a full private client and family offering, alongside will, trust and estate disputes. In addition, Parmjit Gill, has joined to complement the commercial property and real estate teams.

Team ITG has hired industry veteran Roger Binks as a managing partner to drive the company’s continued growth throughout the UK and Europe.
Binks has previously held senior positions at Intu, IWG, Marriot International and Dixons Stores Group, and will lead Team ITG’s go-to-market strategy in both the UK and European markets.
Bringing decades of experience in client-side customer roles, Binks will support Birmingham-based Team ITG’s global client base including brands such as Haleon, M&S, PUMA, Co-op and Matalan.
The hire forms part of a series of recent appointments, which includes William Eccleshare as chairman and Natalie Somerville as global managing partner.
