Specialist property firm makes Brindleyplace move

Cab Property has moved into its new home at 10 Brindleyplace as it expands its team following a series of project wins.

One of the first tenants to take residence after completion of the £40m back to frame refurbishment of 10 Brindleyplace, Cab Property was responsible for the building’s marketing and branding, working with the owner,CBRE Investment Management.

Cab Property’s new Birmingham base is within Spacemade’s coworking and flexible office offering.

It will use the new Birmingham base to host clients from up and down the country, dividing its time between Brindleyplace and the main Cab Studios HQ in Alcester, Warwickshire.

Established in 2003, Cab Property has worked with a range of commercial agent brands and landlords to deliver landmark commercial office space, retail and industrial schemes nationwide.

Notable recent projects include The Bulb Southampton, 10 Brindleyplace, and BOURN – the transformation of Sherbourne House in Coventry into self-contained office space.

Ben Wood, managing director of Cab Property, said: “In an industry full of noise we have always delivered brands that stand out from the rest. In our 20th year we have helped over 400 commercial and industrial properties to get noticed and let, adding great value to portfolios, the tenant experience and commercial communities as a whole.

“With a wealth of experience, knowledge and belief in what we create, we are now in an exciting new period of growth to consistently deliver fresh new brands into the property world – and 10 Brindleyplace is the perfect space to drive that from. The ‘sell’ was so good we bought into it ourselves.”

He added: “Cab Property stands out but we never stand still. We can now continue to grow this side of Cab Group with a refreshed identity and new, inspirational business address.”
