A Stoke-on-Trent headquartered law firm is facing a dubious future as it gives yet another notice of intention (NOI) to appoint administrators.

Youngs Law, which has been operating since 1815, has given three notices, first on July 21, then August 4 and now Aug 18. This gives the firm a 10-day reprieve from creditors.

The move places around 58 jobs at risk across the company’s offices in Stoke, Newcastle-under-Lyme Liverpool, Southampton and Havant.

Staff offered a range of advice on family & relationships, conveyancing, personal injury, medical negligence, mental health, prison law, wills & probate.

Pinsent Masons represented Youngs as it filed the NOI and has not responded to comment.
