Construction firm makes move to new offices

Birmingham’s Northspring | Temple Street has welcomed Caddick Construction as its latest tenant.

The company will move into the fourth floor of the building.

Helen Drennan, business development director at Caddick Construction, said: “Opening a Birmingham office has enabled us to expand into the Midlands which is an essential part of our strategy to grow sustainably for our solid northern base; we are based in the perfect location as we are right in the heart of a thriving construction and property district.”

Lambert Smith Hampton is joint agent on the building.
