Award win for Legionella & Fire Safe Services
Legionella & Fire Safe Services’ Energy Division has been awarded a ‘Special Commendation’ in the Renewable Heat Project of the Year category at this year’s National Energy Efficiency Awards.
This recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts of Legionella & Fire Safe Services, Birmingham City Council, Equans UK & Ireland, and Mixergy Ltd, in pioneering groundbreaking energy-efficient projects.
The award-winning Mixergy smart hot water cylinder, a product known for its exceptional speed, delivers usable hot water at an astonishing rate—10 times faster than conventional hot water cylinders. It has the potential to reduce energy bills by up to 40%, making it a true game-changer in the industry.
The retrofit program, which brought together the expertise of Birmingham City Council, Legionella & Fire Safe Services, Equans UK & Ireland and Mixergy Ltd, is a testament to the commitment of all parties involved to work towards a more sustainable future.
