A leading planning lawyer has joined Knights in Birmingham as the business continues its growth.

Stuart Tym brings a wealth of planning experience – with expertise in development work for both housing and commercial clients as well working regularly on planning breaches and enforcement instructions.

Tym has worked for housebuilders and developers across the Midlands and the rest of the UK and has strong relationships with planning authorities, developers and investment funds.

He brings those connections and knowledge to Knights’ Birmingham office – complementing the team’s real estate experts and working alongside a team of town planners and specialist planning lawyers.
