Starting as an apprentice in property management at Coventry City Council back in 2008, he then decided to study and became a chartered surveyor in 2018.

Pemberton said: “I am delighted to be joining Holt Commercial. It’s a well-established regional firm, which is known for achieving great success for its clients across the range of services it provides. The commercial property market has proven its resilience, despite various unanticipated economic events over recent years and, of course, there will be many more challenges ahead for landlords, tenants and the property industry as a whole.

“However, with the right mindset, understanding and creativity these challenges can be overcome and the best outcomes achieved for all those involved.  Client care and trust are my main priorities, alongside providing a bespoke service tailored to the requirements of those who Holt Commercial represents. I am looking forward to the fresh challenge that awaits and I can’t wait to get stuck in and add value!”
