Estate agent announces new head of Birmingham office

Estate agent, Savills has named Victoria Burgin as the new head of its Birmingham office, effective January 1, 2024.

Burgin will take over from Simon Farrant, who has been heading Savills Birmingham since the acquisition of Phoenix Beard in 2016. Farrant will maintain his involvement with the company in a consultancy capacity.

In her current role as a director, she oversees the property management team in Birmingham, mobilising and managing high-profile portfolios and assets for clients.

Additionally, she has been appointed as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert by the RICS for lease consultancy disputes.

Victoria Burgin, says: “I am very much looking forward to taking on the new role as head of the Birmingham office.  We are already a leading force in the Midlands real estate market and I am excited to shape this further with the support of the significant wealth of expertise we have across a diverse range of disciplines in the office.”
