Fencing contractor acquires car park barrier systems firm

Littlewood Group has acquired Berry Systems, a provider of car park barrier systems.

Headquartered in East Sussex, with an annual turnover of £38m, the Group has a history of contributing to infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe, specialising in high-security fencing, acoustic, and vehicle safety barriers.

While Berry Systems was established in 1971 and based in Wolverhampton, it has collaborated with Littlewood Group for over 15 years, contributing to integrated solutions across various markets.

Despite the acquisition, Berry Systems will maintain its name, workforce, and office in Wolverhampton.
