Property consultants facilitate sale of £1.2m warehouse

Harris Lamb’s commercial agents have facilitated the sale of a warehouse in the Black Country to VendNation, a company specialising in the design and production of personalised photo booths.

Units 16-17, located on the Parkrose Industrial Estate in Smethwick, had an initial asking price of £1.2m.

The 15,997 sq ft workshop/warehouse, featuring two bays, internal offices, storage space, two inspection pits, and a concrete yard, is located within 1.5 miles of Junction 1 of the M5.

Bulleys served as co-agents for the sale.

Matthew Tilt, who oversaw the sale said: “VendNation was one of several parties keen to secure the property due to its availability to purchase, specification, and location. Although the economic conditions have been challenging there is still a limited supply of suitable buildings available for businesses to own and occupy.”

James Ashton of VendNation said: “The location of the building suited us well and the purchase allows us to increase production to achieve our future growth plans.”
