CBD building changes hand in major deal

One Temple Row

One Temple Row has been acquired by Legal & General Investment Management, after the CBD building was put on the market with a guide price of £18m.

The building offers a total of 104,700 sq ft of space spread across 13 floors and features 23 commercial units on the ground floor and 25 parking spaces in the basement.

Formerly recognised as “Temple Point” the building underwent a £3m renovation and rebranding initiative in 2020. It currently has an annual rent close to £1.6m and is 65% let.

Tenants include Ladbrokes, law firms Bevan Brittan and Capsticks Solicitors and a British Heart Foundation charity.

The sale was facilitated by property agency CBRE, representing Legal & General Investment Management and the seller was advised by JLL.
