Greenhous Group, one of the UK’s largest automotive groups, has become the owner of the Cazoo site in Cold Meece, Stafford.

The 36-acre site has been re-acquired and adds to Greenhous’ footprint of more than 200 acres, following similar acquisitions in Upper Heyford and Livingston in the last 12 months alone.

Primary tenant Cazoo had purchased the PDI and refurbishment facility at Cold Meece as part of a Smart Fleet Solutions sale in 2021. Cazoo will still remain as the primary tenant on a multi-year lease back arrangement.

Ashley Passant, managing director at Greenhous Group Car & Van Operations said: “We are delighted to re-acquire the Cold Meece site, the site will make a fantastic addition to our ever-expanding property portfolio. Cold Meece will continue to be utilised by Cazoo for the foreseeable future, .”

With a history spanning over a century, Greenhous Group supplies more than 70,000 vehicles a year across the passenger vehicle, light commercial and large commercial vehicle sectors.
