First phase of Edgbaston masterplan unveiled

The first phase of the New Garden Square Masterplan in Edgbaston has been unveiled by Moda, named Moda at Loudon’s Yard.

398 homes have been developed by Moda and landowner Calthorpe Estate which will be available to be occupied from March. The scheme features a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom homes that are pet-friendly.

Moda’s wider masterplan will create 1,600 homes in total as well as seeing £6m being invested in public realm. As Loudon’s Yard topped out the first phase of the scheme, Moda revealed its plans to create a one-acre central park, along with the new homes, retail, cafes, restaurants, leisure space and workspace.

Moda, Loudon’s Yard also offers a range of amenities including a resident courtyard, BBQ area, private dining room, 24/7 gym, co-working spaces, and a dedicated on-site team to assist residents and organise community events.

Residents will also benefit from the MyModa app, allowing them to stay connected with neighbours, report maintenance requests, book resident events, and access exclusive partnerships with local businesses.
