Consultancy relocates to Brindleyplace to support expansion plans

A Birmingham-based built environment consultancy Acivico Group has relocated to new premises in the city to support its expansion plans.

The firm has signed a two-year lease agreement at 10 Brindleyplace, allowing for over 150 staff members from across the UK to use the space.

Established in 2012, Acivco Group provides a range of construction-related services to clients across the West Midlands region.

Marina Robertson, managing director at Acivico Group, said: “The move to 10 Brindleyplace is a testament to our continued growth as a business and strong level of commitment to leaving a lasting impression on the wider region. Our new office will provide a larger area for enhanced collaboration and team learning, as well as space to better cater for the needs of new clients and match our ambitious plans for future growth.”

10 Brindleyplace was completed in 2023 and offers 24 private offices spread across 27,000 sq ft.

It features amenities such as private studios, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a coffee shop, and open-air roof terraces.

Cat Mole, community associate at 10X by Spacemade, said: “Acivico Group is one of the largest companies we have with us at 10X with over 150 employees on a rotating desk schedule so play a key part in our ever-growing coworking community.

“Not only do they contribute to our local community, Acivico Group also works with so many reputable companies across Birmingham helping to provide building design, consultancy and building management."
