Property consultancy relocates to Birmingham city centre office
Quantem, an autonomous construction and property consultancy, has finalised a five-year lease agreement for 3,498 sq ft of office space at Nurton Developments’ 4 Temple Row building in Birmingham.
Following a refurbishment, the new offices cater to Quantem’s expansion goals in the Midlands, offering an open-plan environment for its team of 30.
Lee Jones, partner at Quantem said: “It was essential for us to find a space that supports our collaborative and client-focused approach, reduced our carbon footprint and enhanced our staff health and wellbeing offer.
“The single-floor layout at 4 Temple Row allows our team to work closely and effectively manage the diverse projects we undertake. The proximity to Birmingham’s city centre and transport links enables us to continue to attract some of highest calibre of talent in the industry.”
David Dyas, asset manager for Nurton Developments, said: “It’s great to welcome Quantem to 4 Temple Row. Their choice to relocate here is a testament to the quality and appeal of our facilities. We look forward to supporting their growth and watching thrive in their new home.”
