£18m investment secures major flooring tenant
Potter Space has welcomed a new flooring contractor to Unit 101 at Droitwich Park, completing the first phase of Potter Space’s £18m investment in the site.
Falcon Contract Flooring, which partners with brands like Marriott and Deliveroo, will use the new unit to house 35 office staff and support 120 installers, supporting Falcon’s growth plans and future local job creation.
Potter Space’s in-house team will build additional office space within Unit 101 to fit Falcon’s business functions.
The unit boasts BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A+ ratings, supporting sustainable features like photovoltaic panels.
