Logistics firm brings total space at business park to 120,000 sq ft

The Keplin Group, a specialist in distribution and logistics for the e-commerce sector, has leased an additional 75,000 sq ft of space at St. Modwen Logistics’ Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon.

The firm has extended its lease with St. Modwen Logistics for an additional five years on a neighbouring 43,000 sq ft unit at the Park.

Based at the park since 2019, this additional space now brings its total occupied space to 120,000 sq ft.
