Accountancy firm moves into new flagship premises

An accountancy and business advisory firm has relocated from its premises at 15 Colmore Row to Two Chamberlain Square.

Dains announced at the end of January that it would join a range of occupiers in the Paradise scheme, including DLA Piper, Atkins Realis, Mazars, Cazenove Capital, Cubo and Knights from June 3.

It’s taken the remaining 12,147 sq ft of space on the third floor of the 183,000 sq ft building, after trebling in size over the last two years.

At the beginning of the year, Dains purchased Midlands-based Magma Chartered Accountants and Dublin’s McInerney Saunders Chartered Accountants, to add to its 650 staff across the UK and Ireland.

New facilities include advanced technology and collaboration spaces, ensuring that Dains Accountants can continue to deliver solutions and maintain high standards of client service.

Richard McNeilly, CEO at Dains Accountants, said: “I am proud to announce our move to Two Chamberlain Square. This relocation represents a significant step in our growth strategy and reaffirms our dedication to providing the best possible environment for our clients and staff. The new office will enable us to enhance our service offerings and continue to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.”
