“To make partner and director is a huge milestone and I am particularly proud that all our partners this year have progressed their career within Deloitte. Both Emma and Jonathan joined as graduates with Adam also joining very early on in his career, and they have all taken full advantage of the opportunities open to them. The perseverance and commitment our people have shown over the past year has been remarkable and I am delighted to announce that over 230 of our people received a promotion, across all areas of our business.
“Investing, attracting and retaining talent is essential for the continued growth of the business and our regional economy. This year we have recruited and will be supporting over 100 people across our graduate and BrightStart apprenticeship programmes, alongside industry placements to provide future generations with the skills needed for a successful career.”
