Freight specialist acquired by logistics firm to fuel expansion

Pall-Ex Group member Exact Logistics has been acquired by OnLogistics, a West Midlands-based company specialising in e-commerce and order fulfilment services.

With over 19 years of experience, OnLogistics offers logistics solutions for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, healthcare and fitness.

Founded by Adam and Karen Shuter in 2009, Exact Logistics is based in Rugby and specialises in palletized freight delivery services and has expanded to include final mile distribution for European hauliers and an in-house customs clearance team.

Adam and Karen Shuter will continue as directors of Exact Logistics, which will operate as a separate entity and remain a Pall-Ex shareholder member. Existing customers will experience no change in services or points of contact.
