Estate agent appointed on Coventry development

Property developer Wain Homes has appointed DM & Co Homes for its second Midlands development.

The Solihull-based estate agent, DM & Co Homes has been enlisted to market Hillwood Gardens.

Located on Banner Lane to the west of Coventry, Hillwood Gardens sits on the edge of the city, bordering Warwickshire.

Wain Homes is developing 119 homes and apartments, offering a range of properties and styles.

Earlier this year, DM & Co was chosen to market The Green at Shirley, a development of 109 homes on a brownfield site off Stratford Road.

The agent has already secured reservations for 50% of the first phase, with four completions.
