Birmingham industrial estate reaches full occupancy
A Kings Norton industrial estate is now fully occupied after agents DBSUK secured two new tenants for the refurbished site.
DBSUK has leased Unit 7 at Wharfside Business Park in Birmingham to Alliance Automotive UK LV, an automotive parts specialist.
Alliance Automotive UK LV is part of the larger GPC Europe Automotive and has taken the 7,000 sq ft Unit 7, which includes an open bay warehouse, offices, new LED lighting, roller shutter door, parking and a yard.
The new space will support the expansion of its repair centre network.
