Last chance to grab your tickets for our Sama Investments Property Lunch
Hear from one of the region’s most active and exciting student accommodation and residential developers, as they ramp up delivery across the West Midlands and Birmingham.
Join us on September 19th at Lulu Wild to hear from Sama Investments, which is spearheading a flurry of major developments across the city following a £500m equity injection. Its portfolio includes:
-
The 50-storey ‘Perryian Works’ at 1 Lancaster Circus – a public consultation is underway for the transformation of the famous, but now defunct, Perry & Co, where pens, chains and bicycles were all produced and sold worldwide.
-
A 710-student-bed and 546-home regeneration scheme in Digbeth named Garrison Circus. Sama is regenerating a brownfield site to unlock a new gateway into Digbeth. Plans include the retention of the former Myona Building, historically home to Jacobs Biscuits.
-
Plans are also in for a 238-bed student scheme on the former Goods Yard, as part of a phased redevelopment of The Arcadian Centre.
With its specialist regeneration approach, the Shariah-compliant business is searching for PBSA and residential opportunities.
This includes stalled development sites that could be kickstarted, strained assets and buildings that require cladding, remediation upgrades, and futureproofing as well as new-to-market opportunities.
Hear from CEO Paul Squire, who helped form Sama in 2017. An engineer by profession, he brings a wealth of experience having worked in project management across various industry sectors since 2000, delivering successful property development schemes since 2006.
