City centre apartment scheme tops out

Midlands developer Elevate Property Group, with project managers, Build Fifty 5, has reached a milestone with the main structure of Chapman’s Yard now complete.

Selling agents Knight Frank and the team celebrated with a topping-out ceremony at the Upper Gough Street site on Thursday.

The next step is to finish the building’s exterior to make it weatherproof, allowing work inside to progress.

When completed, Chapman’s Yard will have 112 apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and duplex units
