Corporate finance house adds trio of new hires

Provantage Corporate Finance, the mid-market corporate finance house with offices in Nottingham and Birmingham, has added three new team members.

The firm has welcomed Abi Hyde and Jordan Phillips to the deal team.

Hyde joins from Deloitte where she worked in the M&A team on deals in the waste and technology sectors.

Phillips joins from Cattaneo Corporate Finance where he advised clients on acquisitions and disposals as well as private equity transactions.

Completing the trio of new hires is Dannie Stevenson who joins with over a decade of experience working in marketing and PR in the property sector.
