West Midlands accountancy firm swoops again with latest acquisition

A West Midlands accountancy firm has extended its reach into Buckinghamshire by acquiring a High Wycombe-based practice.

Walsall-headquartered BK Plus has acquired Haines Watts, bringing on board a leadership team of four and over 30 staff members.

Gary Heywood will serve as the office managing partner, working alongside three other partners and a team of over 30 professionals.

With a proven history of advising corporates and owner-managed businesses, the team brings expertise and a strong reputation for excellence in the region.

The acquisition is the latest in a series of recent moves by the firm, following two other additions in the South West.

In just over three years, BK Plus has grown within the UK accountancy market, expanding to 23 offices and setting up regional hubs nationwide.
