Environmental consultancy acquired by global counterpart
Stoke-on-Trent-based Wardell Armstrong has been acquired by SLR, a global environmental and sustainability consultancy with over 100 offices worldwide.
Like Wardell Armstrong, SLR has a reputation for delivering services while prioritising positive impacts on communities and the environment.
The acquisition showcases cultural and values alignment, reinforcing both companies’ commitments to helping clients tackle critical environmental and sustainability challenges.
The merger brings together nearly 1,800 professionals across Europe from both firms, known for their strong relationships with blue-chip clients and a shared focus on Making Sustainability Happen.
