Luxury residential towers launched on the market

Court Collaboration has launched its 581-home development to the market, which is set to create 300 jobs.
Funded by PGIM Real Estate, Edition will feature one two-bedroom luxury apartment across two connected 15-storey (Park Residence) and 46-storey (Centenary Tower) towers.
Located off Centenary Square, the Brindley Drive scheme will ‘combine the features of a five-star hotel’ with more than 23,000 sq ft of wellness amenities, a 20-metre above-ground swimming pool with a hydro pool, plunge pool, sauna and steam room, a rooftop outdoor spa, and skyline gym with yoga and spin studios.
A sky lounge and private dining experience will be available to residents across the 44th and 45th floors, alongside a co-working lounge (The Study), outdoor co-working space on a 14th-floor garden terrace and a 9,000 sq ft podium terrace with cinema screen and BBQ area connecting the two buildings.
The project will create at least 300 jobs, including over 60 apprenticeships and work experience opportunities for the local community.
Alex Neale, CEO at Court Collaboration, said: “The first residence of its kind to come to Birmingham, Edition will be a true original in terms of its prime city centre location and the level of amenity on offer. Once complete, it will combine the features of a five-star hotel with the comfort of home for those wanting a lifestyle that places wellness and luxury at its heart. We’ve been extremely heartened by the level of interest in Edition to date and we’re pleased to be working with Select Property as our strategic sales partner as we formally launch to the market.”
Edition is set to be marketed by Select Property, and feature architecture by CRKTL and interior design by Weedon Architects.
The first phase of Edition Birmingham is scheduled for completion in 2027. Midgard has been appointed as the lead contractor to deliver the project.
Adam Price, CEO of Select Property, said: “Birmingham continues to lead UK rental growth forecasts in no small part thanks to its 20-year city centre masterplan, outstanding transport links, and its established and flourishing cultural offer.
“With the city’s population set to grow by 25% by 2040, Edition represents a standout opportunity for investors – placing residents at the heart of a scheme that will also benefit from substantial future public and private investment into Birmingham’s iconic historical centre.
“Our mission remains to deliver the most exciting property investments, shaped by people and place, with Edition’s tier-one location and luxury residential experience set to make it Birmingham’s most in-demand development.”
