Gym group flexes new space at Merry Hill

Merry Hill shopping centre has welcomed XF Gym to its lineup, as the community-driven fitness brand takes 40,000 sq ft of space on its upper floor.

The club offers an athletic experience with equipment and an open-plan workout area.

XF Gym features a range of class options, from large group sessions to boutique classes in studios, including yoga, dance, HIIT, cycling and boxing.

The facility also includes a ladies-only workout area and wellness amenities like a sauna, steam room, massage beds and luxury changing rooms.
