Dental provider combines Coventry practises and relocates
Dental provider mydentist has merged its two Coventry practices and relocated to a new facility at Central Six Retail Park, supported by a £2.5m investment.
Following a three-month development period, the new site officially opened on November 5th, offering services for the practice’s 24,000 local patients.
The move has created 23 new jobs in the area and provided improved accessibility, a wider range of treatments, and extended appointment hours.
It is one of the largest in mydentist’s network and features 16 surgeries and a team of over 40 staff, including dentists, dental nurses and treatment coordinators.
John Hudson, property director at mydentist, said: “We’re very happy to open our new Coventry practice. This new, purpose-built practice will not only offer improved facilities for our dedicated practice teams but also more choices for our patients. The move marks an exciting chapter for mydentist, with the new Central Six Retail Park site being one of the largest practices we will have ever opened.”
Stacey Jarvis, practice manager at mydentist, said: “The move to Central Six Retail Park has substantially improved access to our practice, with better transport links and parking options for our patients. With our recent enhancements and expanded services, we’re prepared to deliver a higher level of dental care and provide an even more exceptional experience to our community. We look forward to welcoming patients into the practice over the coming weeks and months.”
