Leasing agent appointed to office portfolio
Property company, Northspring, has appointed CBRE as leasing agent on its entire portfolio in Manchester and Birmingham.
The estate embraces four properties in Manchester city centre and one in Birmingham.
Northspring says the portfolio is designed to give businesses the freedom to choose how they want their office to work for them – whether through a traditional lease, fully fitted and furniture options if required and an all-inclusive package, with flexibility to suit every fitted requirement.
In Manchester, CBRE is appointed on Spring Gardens, Chapel Walks, Peter Street and King Street.
In Birmingham the team is appointed on Temple Street.
Mark Garner, Director at CBRE Manchester, said: “Having almost fully let Northspring | Peter Street in Manchester, we are delighted to now take on additional assets in the city.
“Northspring’s properties stand out due to their exceptional design, high-end amenities, and strong focus on the occupier experience. We look forward to using our cross-city expertise to continue attracting premium tenants to Northspring’s buildings.”
Theo Holmes, Director at CBRE Birmingham, said: “The ability to cross-sell between these two key locations offers real benefits to businesses looking to expand or establish a presence in both cities.
“We are confident that Northspring’s combination of flexibility and luxury will resonate with ambitious occupiers in both markets.”
Mark Morris, of Northspring, said: “We plan to expand occupier options in 2025, including all-inclusive packages which CBRE’s specialist Flex teams will be supporting on.
“With this latest appointment we’re confident we’ll continue to attract quality occupiers into our buildings.”
CBRE will be working alongside Sixteen Real Estate in Manchester and Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham.
